All the animals are assessed so that we can determine their personality and therefore ultimately the best home for them.

We have a form for potential adopters to complete so that we have all the information needed to help choose a selection of animals we think may be suitable. We then let them meet that selection before a final decision is made. We encourage as much contact as possible between chosen animal and adopter whilst we organise a pre home check. We will travel as far as 30 miles from the centre, although we are willing to go a bit further depending on the animal concerned.

We are always available to sort out any teething problems, however small or large.

If you want to re-home an animal it is important for you to ring first. This is because animals are coming in and out all the time, and also we like to spend time with prospective new owners.

The pictures of our animals stay on the website until after they are homed. This means some of them may have a reserve. If there is lots of interest in an animal we may take details of a 2nd reserve in case the 1st falls through.
